His ability to establish relationships with employees and clients and bring the concept of customer service and loyalty to all aspects of an organization has sent him to 15 countries around the globe. Michael has written two books based on his real life experiences in sales and managing people that focus on his main themes: mind-set matters and accountability, implementation and results. With 15 years in the corporate world and over ten years as a business owner, Michael knows attaining results is what matters. In one position, he effectively raised sales over 10%, decreased employee turnover by 40% and increased the customer satisfaction index by 20%. Michael also took a product line from less than $2 million to over $21 million in less than five years. During the course of that project, he developed the programs and managed their roll out to over 750 distributors and their sales associates nationwide through a concerted effort that included the sales, service, marketing, and manufacturing teams. Michael has successfully worked with a myriad of industries including service organizations, manufacturing, distribution, finance, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, training organizations, heavy equipment, food and beverage, travel, medical, news and entertainment, software, printing and publishing. Michael appears in Who's Who in America and serves as a guest speaker and trainer for the largest training organization in the Rocky Mountain region.
